How do I start a subscription?

It's easy! Just select the 'Subscribe & save 15%' option when adding your goodie of choice to your cart. You can also choose the frequency of your subscription - for most goodies you can choose to get a shipment every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Then, just check out your cart like normal. You'll get your first shipment immediately, and you'll get an email notification before your next shipment, just in case you need to make any changes!

How do I manage my subscription?

Click 'Manage Your Subscription' above to log into your account using your email and password. Then you can pause your subscription, skip or reschedule a shipment, or cancel your subscription.

I didn't create an account. Can I still manage my subscription online?

Yes! Just click here to get a login link to your email, then you can log in and access your subscription anytime.

How do I get the 15% off and free shipping benefits on my subscription?

The 15% off discount will be applied automatically to the products being bought on a subscription. Free shipping will also automatically be applied for subscriptions shipping within the US.

Which frequency should I pick for my subscription?

Don't worry, our subscriptions are flexible so you can always change your frequency, or reschedule or pause a shipment if you need to. If you're building a habit of drinking our lattes every day or two, choose 'every 4 weeks'.

Can I gift a subscription?

Sure! Just enter the *very* lucky gift recipient's information in the shipping details at checkout normally. Once you've reached the desired number of shipments, you can log in and cancel the subscription. You'll get billed only at the time of each shipment.
